Define what clients should experience
Choose a small number of service promises that the team can reliably deliver: a documented planning agenda, clear meeting preparation, an agreed response process, and written next steps. Specify the owner and deadline for each promise. This makes service observable without relying on market returns.
Improve the discovery conversation
Ask clients what decisions they face, what has changed, and what would make advice useful. Record goals and constraints in the approved system. Confirm understanding before discussing products. Explain trade-offs in plain language and give clients room to ask questions.
Review the process each month
Track overdue service items, incomplete plans, and recurring sources of confusion. Review a sample of communications with the appropriate supervisor. Use the findings to improve a checklist or training session. Seek client feedback without presenting informal feedback as a verified rating or investment result.
